unable to re register my sure signal.

A few days ago, I realised my phones and sure signal ver3 were not working. So I restarted the sure signal, then de registered it, using my vodafone online account. I then went on to re register the sure signal, clicking on the register sure signal, I filled out the fields device name, serial number and postcode, when clicking on the find postcode button nothing happens. So I cannot register my device or add users.

 

I called vodafone customer service today, was passed around, eventually I was advised that I cannot use my account to add users. Although they could register and add users via them. 6 hours later still no sure signal?

 

I look forward to some much appreciated help/advice.

I bought a Sure Signal on 13.12.14 and have been trying to register this ever since - the webpage is not working and repeatedly returns error messages. This is another example of Vodafone's dreadful online presence. Can anyone help? Thanks
