unable to register Sure Signal

When I try to register a sure signal I get:

I have tried on Chrome, IE11, IE, EDGE on both window10 and window8. The same message appears on both machines in all browsers.

 

How can I get this sorted.

Has it also been connected and used within the last three months?

 

 

This is a new/replacment SS

 

I contacted support who were able to add this for me. There does however seem to be an issue with your site.
