I have received unlock code and it is incorrect

Some phone's require a mastercode entering before the unlocking code.
This may or may not be the case for your model. The manufacturer should be able to advise or a Google Search.
The unlocking code has to be keyed in the pop up box which is invoked by inserting an active alternative network sim card.
Dont key it in too many times because that could Hard Lock the phone so it wont accept a code anymore and then would need to be reset by sending it off to the manufacturer.
If you dont need a mastercode for that model of phone then please speak with Customer service on 191 and they'll escalate this and it give you the direct email address for the Nuc Unlocking Department.
