My sure signal has been working perfectly but the broadband went down the other day and it has not worked since. Broadband fine now but no amount of re-setting the Sure Signal seems to work. Normally it just comes up if we have an outage of the broadband. Does it need a resync from your end?

Hi jamesb2k18,
Was the Sure Signal working before you had your new router?
I've done a resync to see if this helps, please do a reset to make sure this completes (the reset I've linked to is a different way than we normally advise but it's proven very successful so please follow this).
Thanks,
Kay

Apologies for the confusion. The correct process for the v2 box is this:

Hi any news as have had no lights at all except power.
I can guess the box is faulty.
How do I go about repair as I bouhgt via eBay

Hi jamesb2k18,
Did the reset Dave mentioned above not work for your Version 2 then?
If you purchased this via a third party you can either pay for a repair or approach eBay for further advise.

Hi I was advised to do this by tech team over phone last night. 18 hours later still two flashing lights? My box serial number is 40113858035. I'm not very techy so you will need to talk me through any diagnostic needed
Thanks
