vat receipt needed ASAP

My Web order is

I have not received a VAT receipt which is required by law. I phones 191 to get this and was given the run around.

Please help me.

Hello mattewshaw

When you order anything online, there is an option to request a VAT receipt.  If you make sure the option is ticked before submitting the order you will receive the receipt.

As you have submitted the order without the request, one of the Team will be in touch to help get the VAT receipt.
