hi 2345 wont recognise new payg number. no data although correct settings, voda told me fine, why do it not recognise my number then????

Hi @dees4fun
Before the number will be recognised by the network, the SIM will need to be active and this will mean topping up and if necessary, purchasing a bundle, and chargeable activity.
If you have now already done, you will be able to open an online account to register the number and download the My Vodafone Application. This will mean you will be the user of the number and you will be able to contact Customer Services for any account issues.

After topping up to get the SIM active and for Vodafone to be able to recognise your number, you need to make a chargeable connection and call someone.

hi thanks for reply, i have toppedup and have credit, yet 2345 or 191or voda shop dont recognise my number.so no internet
