hi have had vss for some time now and has been working fine but has now stopped working red light is on solid and other two white lights are flashing now and then. Have turned off mains power and left for some time then retryed also reset unit via reset button at back but still nothing unit was working fine in the past so cant understand not working now thanks john king

Thanks for getting back to us.
The information you’ve provided doesn’t show a full traceroute. Please can you get back to us with a full copy of this?
Should this be all of the information that you received, please can you check if your PC has any security protocols which may be blocking the traceroute from being completed.

Hi johnking,
Many thanks for getting back to us.
I have taken a look over all of the details that you have provided in this thread and everything is as it should be.
Looking at the registration I can see that the unit connected to our server in the early hours of this morning and everything else looks fine.
I can see that you have mentioned what light sequence you were seeing however, can you confirm if this has now changed and what light sequence you are now seeing?

have 2 phones in house which are ss registered and there has been no signal to either for some time now .i have solid red light with the two white lights flashing every now and then as if they are trying to connect but do not thanks
