vss2 not working

hi have had vss for some time now and has been working fine but has now stopped working red light is on solid and other two white lights are flashing now and then. Have turned off mains power and left for some time then retryed also reset unit via reset button at back but still nothing unit was working fine in the past so cant understand not working now thanks john king

Still not working there has been no ss signal in house for a few weeks now really needing to get this sorted have two contract phones in house which we are unable to use at home
