where is my nuc code?

I bought a new Samsung S5 from a vodafone store in london on the 2/2/2015...I paid £20 for the phone to be network unlocked and a NUC form was submitted...but its now 21/3/2015 and my phone is still locked.

I have chatted on line several times to customer service and on the phone but they agree that phone is locked but all the messages I get from the NUC team, keep saying the same thing....Unable to provide a unlocking code as phone is already unlocked, please insert a non vodafone sim to verify.

Both the store and I have inserted a non vodafone sim card and get the same message...asking for a unlocking code.

I keep replying to the NUC e-mails at least 8 e-mails, telling them this and asking if the phone has been unlocked, what is the unlocking code, as I have never been given any code neither has the store  but they seem to ignore what we keep saying.

Customer services cannot do much other than say sorry and that they will escalate the issue and ask me to e-mail NUC team...but issue still ongoing

Why cant someone within Customer service take responsibity and get this sorted....at the end of the day I have a new phone that I cant use on the network of my choice for nearly 2 months and just going around in  circles.

Please please HELP!!!!!

After nearly 2 months of vodafone customer service being no help whatsoever, other than just apologizing ....enough is enough!

I went back to the vodafone store, they looked into my account and could see the history of e-mails etc, got my £20 refund, which I paid to get my phone unlocked.

I went to a website which unlocks mobile phones, recommended by another UK Network provider, paid £29.99 and received my network unlocking code, sent to my e-mail, (wait for this) in exactly 35 minutes, even though they say average time 1-2 days.

Phone now network unlocked.

Vodafone, if another company can do this, why are you unable to do the same in 2months, you have some serious issues it seems.

Thank you
