please read what i post on here before replying,if i unplug the sure signal box all 3 phones say that we are at the right location rm18,the way the sure signal box is plugged straight into the sky router,we have never had a problem with the phones working.we have to have a sure signal box working in our house to have a signal if we don't have a working sure signal box then none of the phone's get a signal in our house.

Hi tonytango,
Apologies if there's been confusion. Some of the advice above relates to the address showing on your Sure Signal account online (which is correct).
The location on your phones will differ when connected to Sure Signal if you're using mobile networks (in this case the Sure Signal) to determine the location of the phones.
If you go into Settings and Location on each of the phones and switch them to GPS and/or Wi-Fi only, you'll see the location will update to your home address. This is due to the way Sure Signal is connected to the network.
Cheers, Ben

i changed the postcode 5 days ago to one 3 miles away from where i live and since then all 3 phones are saying the right location.so there is something wrong with something to do with the sure signal box.nothing has changed regarding the way it is connected to the Internet at my end.

I'm having this problem with my Sure Signal. Is the same problem likely to occur if I get a phone with WiFi calling?

I have a Sure Signal at home which is fine for making and receiving calls but unfortunately it badly affects location services on my phone. Google Maps and other sat nav software thinks I am 100 miles from where I actually am. This also affects weather apps, etc.
As I'm on a Red Plan, I am considering getting an iPhone 6S so I can use WiFi calling instead of the Sure Signal.
So my question is, does WiFi calling affect location services like my Sure Signal?

@nashmills - We've looked into this for you and can't see any reason why Wi-Fi Calling would affect location services.
