Switched to Vodafone last week.  BT Open reach eng came out 8th May, still have no Internet. Obvs previous provider has been cancelled as Vodafone very kindly do that for you on activation day!!

Has several conversations with TOBi bot and several real people, who seem to be going over the same checks, resets, swap ethernet. Really disappointed. 15yo who can't game or do homework on his PC and no landmine or catch up TV. 

Unacceptable IMO
