No Service Light on Fibre Box

I was due to have my new upgraded plan today but suddenly there is no Service light or connection. Apparently it is a CityFibre issue. I don't think so. Been on chats and calls. Just a joke. If its not fixed tomorrow I'm going elsewhere.

It can take up until midnight for activation (new contract, new service) so I wouldn't worry too much until the morning. If the service light is still not lit power cycle the ONT. If it's still not activated then contact vodafone.

Thanks for your reply. The woman I spoke to said it looked like there was a problem and booked a City Fibre person to come out. I really don't know why they would switch off my old service before they were ready to upgrade it.

No-one knows why vodafone do things the way they do. It's something we live with.
