I have now been in dispute over six weeks with my new Broadband pro upgrade.
I had no landline for over a week after the upgrade which has now been fix.
Thou they have been unable to fix my dongle issue and it is still not working after hours on the phone raising a complaint 46880473 just keep being told it’s going to be the next Tuesday every week has become a standing joke with there completes department. Since there last attempted to fix the issue my Home phone line account has now disappeared and I can’t see it coming back by this Tuesday. When my mobile contacts run out I will be moving my accounts elsewhere as result of this issue lost all faith in them ever fixing my outstanding issues. It all seems to stem from my upgrade order being cancelled and after sending the new equipment which has not work correctly since the upgrade. It’s less of an upgrade I would say it’s been a downgrade in service.

Just checked it’s the pro 2 service I signed up to so is included.
