Broadband Won't Activate

My activation date is supposed to be today and while my WiFi Hub has started activating it consistently stops working. The Power light is on and solid white and the WiFi light is on and solid white but the Internet light starts out flashing red, goes to solid red, and then flashes white for a little while before it goes solid white for a few seconds and then starts flashing red again without changing.


Everything is plugged in properly and the master socket is physically connected to where it needs to be connected to. I have tried switching the hub off and on again and resetting it. When I plug the Internet cable in to the test socket directly it just flashes red.
