When should router arrive?

Hi Vodafone,I have an activation date of Monday 22nd November. As of yet, we haven't received our router.Appreciate we've still got three working days until activation. Just wanted to check this is normal and we shouldn't have already received it.

Not recieved Amazon Echo code

I've had at least 3 months of being with Vodafone now and no sign of the code. It was one of the reasons for signing up, anyone else waited this long?I think there was an Amazon Fire Stick in the offer too, still, nothing.

Little communication since signing up

HiSigned up with Vodafone Broadband on 15th October, with go live date of 01 November.   Apart from a confirmation email, we have not had any other communication, despite the confirmation stating we will.  Also states we receive the new router 3 work...
