I'm fed up,was told on 8th December my broadband would be up and running by midnight, it not happened.
I rang and asked for help to be told we got to wait as there is a back log.
I explained my grandson is studying for his gcse he also has autism and he not taking to kindly to no Internet.

If your router is already connected to the ONT reset it (recessed reset button at the back for a full 10 seconds). Let it settle for 10 minutes and see what happens.
