Broadband not live

Hi

my broadband was meant to go live more than 72hrs ago and still not working. Been passed around to different people with different excuses . As the service has not or never been provided can I cancel it?

You have a 14 day "cooling off" period, so I see no reason you shouldn't be able to cancel.
