I have purchased 900mbps package which should have been activated on the 10th November. I have tested my speed and it seems to be around 2.5mbps. Nowhere near what I'm paying for. Is there something I need to do.
Hey @Mbav I hope you're doing well! Whilst we do expect your speeds to fluctuate during the first 10 days we would expect them to be higher than this. So we can look into this for you, please drop a message to the Social Media team here so they can run some tests.
My apologies there @Jayach I misread the package! You are right and the speeds should be full from the get go. Even if it was FTTC though, those speeds would be far too low even during the settling period so it definitely needs a much deeper investigation. Thanks for clarifying 🙂
