Thank you Vodafone for the smoothest transfer from Virgin Media - far exceeding my expectations.
Signed up for Broadband Pro 200 on the 10th Jan. Cancelled Virgin Media on the 11th.
All of the new hardware, including 4G dongle, arrived on the 26th.
New service installed on the 28th, including porting of my home phone number..
One happy customer...

So nice to hear that it went well for you. Especially as it was from Virgin which, because it is such different technology, seems to cause the most difficulties.
