Hi all - I've just signed up for Vodafone broadband, but I can't log in to vodafone.co.uk/my-vodafone-account. When I enter my email address and the initial password that was given to me, the page displays what looks like an error at the web server (see below). Is this a known problem?

.@DougR Simple answer is "yes". I suspect that you have a communication from VF that informs you that your account is available and it isn't when you try.

Hi @DougR, just to add to @Cynric's post, this has previously been raised and our teams are looking into the wording and the information contained in the broadband welcome e-mails. Once your service is up and running, you should be able to log in to the My Vodafone account. We're sorry for any confusion and inconvenience caused.
