New Full fibre speed very very slow

Vodafone activated full fiber (FTTP)

today (8am) , the contract I signed up for was  512mbps but I am consistently getting exactly 36mbps download speed each time I test, been testing all day , it seems as if the package has been misconfigured by Vodafone to 36mbps.  Using Vodafone Powerhub router which came with the new contract. Was previously with Onestream (which uses Vodafone) using the same ONT box and I was consistently getting 70mbps on a 70mbps contract.

Hi @mahmadsaif - I hope you've seen an improvement now. If not, then please go through our Home Broadband tests here. This will go through live tests on your line and if needed, you'll then be connected to an agent who can help further.

@mahmadsaif That appears to be a test performed over WiFi. What speed do you see from a wired device and what speed do you see in the router settings?

Ignore this. I hadn't seen that it was fixed.
