One touch switch

Just tried 3 times to switch from BT to Vodafone and it failed every time has anybody else had these issues using the one touch system

Ended up in Vodafone shop ,2 hrs later managed to get swapped to Vodafone as it was blocked by BT ,now have my requested date so hopefully the changeover goes ok
