Hi
I signed up last week and have an installation date next week.
I expected in the meantime I would be able to log in to my online account. They've confirmed and set up my DD but wanted to access my account to check when they have set this to claim so I can budget.
I can't log in and get the message my account isnt activated yet. Will this not happen until after my installation?
Tried to contact via web chat but been waiting for an agent for 2 hours now.
