Online reactivation following cancelled switch?

Following the value of an online referral increasing significantly, I have cancelled my planned switch(lower value reward) in order to reapply for a new switch(with a higher value reward).  Each time I try to progress with the order it tells me that the switch has already been requested (despite being cancelled ).

Just spoken with customer support have advised me to reapply with a different tel number, both landline and mobile, yet this is not working still.  

Is there any way to online order again? Any advice is welcome at this point.
