Please help activation today still no internet just red light flashing on router

I WFH and must have internet tomorrow for work. I spoke to someone called Waqar this morning who said everything has been done and should be working by this afternoon. Was on phone 45 minutes.  Is there someone from Vodafone here who can PLEASE check what is happening? Phone line doesn’t work either. Don’t have new tel number (we moved house 1st April) but my account number is [Removed] If it’s not working tomorrow this will be a MASSIVE complaint as can’t do my job. Thank You
