everytime i plug my power hub in, the front led flashed blue for a couple of seconds and then instantly changes to flashing red, all the cables are plugged in correctly and it’s past midnight on my activation date. does anybody know what’s wrong or how to fix it? we’re in a new build and are with openreach and i’ve been told that the fibres already been run through the house. i’ve never had fibre wifi so i don’t know if/what im doing wrong or if there’s something wrong with the hub. please help me

@harrisphoebe329 Look in the router log and see what is says. What network status is showing on the router network tab?

I came across your post and was curious if you managed to resolve the issue. How did it go? I have the same issue and the interesting part is that all of my neighbours have no problem with the internet.

yeah, the issue was resolved, our activation date was the 20th november but we didn’t get wifi until the 21st. we just had to wait, i was very confused about the LAN/WAN cable but i didn’t even need to plug it in as we don’t have a house phone. i just used the DSL cable and the power cable and with time it started to work
