Problem accessing "my Vodafone"

Trying to connect (as instructed by activation text to check my direct debit) to my Vodafone. Have tried using pin and code to phone. I get the error: "Sorry. An unexpected error occurred when trying to log you in. Please wait a moment then try again"

Reading this forum it seems this happens to user who have not yet activated their broadband (ie the activation date hasn't happened yet)

That's whatever, but if that's the case then don't send me prompts to log in:-(

They've been doing that for years, and it ain't gonna change. 

Ah. So you mean I can relax and just wait for activation and all will be well?

I had the same problem trying to login before my activation day.

My activation was on Wednesday and later that evening I tried the login and all worked OK.

Yes the login function won't work until at least one service is active in your account (mobile/broadband) If you're still having problems after please let us know and we can look into it for you.
