I switched to Vodafone Full Fibre 500 from BT almost two weeks ago. I was promised a switcher credit according to the terms and conditions but I have not received any emails from Vodafone about this. I contacted customer service about this and they said that the email takes about a month to arrive...
Can anybody who's switched confirm if Vodafone honours this offer? Thanks in advance.

Hi @SlightlyMad - I completely understand and agree that you shouldn't need to go to store. I'm sorry to ask you to do this again, please test completing the form again, after clearing your cache and cookies and if possible from another device/web browser. If this doesn't work still, then please message us over on Social Media. We can then look into what's happening.

I too, have this issue, tried live chat, spent 45 mins and got nowhere. Currently on the phone to helpful colleague who sent me an SMS with the link. Filled in form but when submit it loses network connection, problem at their end. I will keep trying, hope this helps.

Hi Janet, using the link I can access the form, I have filled it in and provided the evidence but when I submit the form, it errors and states network connection lost. Any thoughts? I presume the error is at Vodafone’s end.

I have sent a message through via X, I shall await to see what happens. In the meantime I have tried again on different tablets, laptops and even a different broadband network and the form still errors when it is submitted.

I just got the link to the form to request switcher credit, and I’m having the same problem. I entered my details, clicked Submit, and I get a “server stopped responding” message. Screenshot attached.
Since both the previous commenter and I are having the same issue, the problem has to be the form. Please could you raise this issue to your development teams, thank you.

Hi Slightly, the problem has been resolved for me. I went into my local Vodafone store and the colleague and I together filled out the form. It submitted fine from his terminal and a couple of hours later, received an email saying they had checked it and was crediting switching money to my account. I think until they sort the form this might be the best way for you to go.

Hi Janey, I'm having the same problem. The other poster said that they had to go to a local Vodafone store to do this. There are no Vodafone stores near me and customers should not have to jump through extra hoops not mentioned in the terms and conditions to obtain the switcher credit that they were promised prior to signup. Please could you rectify this ASAP. Thank you.
