I switched to Vodafone Full Fibre 500 from BT almost two weeks ago. I was promised a switcher credit according to the terms and conditions but I have not received any emails from Vodafone about this. I contacted customer service about this and they said that the email takes about a month to arrive...
Can anybody who's switched confirm if Vodafone honours this offer? Thanks in advance.

Hi @SlightlyMad - I completely understand and agree that you shouldn't need to go to store. I'm sorry to ask you to do this again, please test completing the form again, after clearing your cache and cookies and if possible from another device/web browser. If this doesn't work still, then please message us over on Social Media. We can then look into what's happening.

Me again @SlightlyMad - I've just seen an update about this and if you clear your cache and cookies and then complete the form while using your mobile data, then the form should submit. If it doesn't then please message us on Social Media

Hi Gemma, just tried it again in a different, newly installed browser. Now when I click Submit I get a confirmation page saying “We’ve received your claim”. Fantastic, thank you!
Clearing the cache and cookies might have been enough, but anyway there is now a solution.
