15% packet loss on Xbox S

So I’m having massive packet loss through my wired connection to my Xbox. I’m still getting my guaranteed download speed but the packet loss is causing problems when gaming. 

I’ve always play wired but I did try wireless and I got the same 15% loss. This is any time of the day. Not just at peak times.

I'm having a daft thought right now - and it'd be crazy if it turned out to be true

But what result do you get from the site:

And I assuming your Xbox S is connected directly to the router, which then connects to the ONT?
