Appalling Connection & Customer Service

My internet connection has failed 3 days in a row now. In these 3 days I've spoken to customer service 7 times and still this issue remains unresolved. It's now 9.00 pm on a Tuesday night and once again my Internet is down just 10 hours after you told me that it was fixed. None of your customer service team is available and yet again I'm facing the another day at work tomorrow with no Internet connection, which you gladly debit £22 a month for without question.

 

What Vodafone fails to acknowledge is fixing an Internet connection which subsequently fails again less than 24 hours of the fix, is not an acceptable level of service. It makes me sick to my stomach knowing I have another 18 months/£400 outstanding on my contract with you and this is what I'm going to be faced with every day until that contract ends with you. At this stage, you should be paying me with the amount of time I've wasted trying to get the service I pay you for to work.

 

I'm absolutely disgusted by this appalling situation.
