We have a THG-3000 Vodafone router. Several times a day it is losing its connection to the internet; blue light on the box turns to flashing red. Sometimes it comes back of its own accord in a minute. Sometimes it needs a turnitoffandonagain. We've had the router just over one year.
A while ago I went through the support lop here, ran the troubleshoot diagnostic, chatted with a helpful person who said our router needed updating, and ran a remote update procedure on it. But it does not seem to have helped much. Just now I tried going down the chat route but the final [Chat with Us] button did not seem to be doling anything.
I'd really like to know if my router itself needs replacing. If an admin sees tgis message could they get in touch please?

The admins are completely useless, they'll just tell you to use social media.
I doubt the problem is the router, if you are unable to use the live chat via https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/ try using the link in an incognito/private tab,
The THG3000 doesn't have blue lights, they are either white or red.
Let us know how you get on after contacting live chat.
