Hi, my home broadband hub has dropped the internet connection today and I’ve tried off/on and resetting and the internet light has gone from flashing white indicating it was trying to connect to the internet, to flashing red.
I don’t know what to do and can’t reach anyone. I’m working from home and spend hours each day on video calls so need this back up and running ASAP.
Any advice welcome on what to do next

First thing to do is check that the landline phone is not dead too - if it is then the line is out for some reason. Whatever the outcome of that you then need to call the tech support phone number, it's the only way to even hope to get things sorted quickly!

Thanks. Weirdly all is well today. Down Detector showed a spike last night but everything is working again today.
