My Vodafone wifi at home somehow died yesterday and I'm worried about getting it resolved before the long bank holiday weekend... I have a case number and am supposed to expect a call within 48 hours. How will that then guarantee someone actually comes and fixes the faulty modem? I am a teacher and this weekend I need to be online spending all three days working through student papers in Google docs! Please help me get this resolved! I repeatedly tried asking the person in the chat for clarifying information, but I got the same replies that seemed oddly phrased and that didn't actually answer my questions. They seemed AI-generated even after I was transferred to a "real person."
