I have complained and wrote multiple messages in this forum and nothing seems to change...
My average speed is still under 2mbps, even in S.A. I had better internet.
Also, I made an official complaint and couldn't really advance with it because every time your claims handler person called me she could not hear me, and be sure it is not a problem with my phone or my reception..
I would say that having your support done from India probably doesn't help.. Right now I am just waiting for my contract to finish really...
