Entire online chat team,tech2 are liars since 29dec.  I don't have internet, the red light on the router is on.  Lies that the engineer will come, he never came.  They can't talk like people, everyone on this team is lying!  They say the same thing all the time as if they were programmed.  Liars!!!!  I do not recommend to anyone
