I'm a current Vodafone super fast customer considering full fibre. I use a Draytek Vigor modem connected to a Netgear R8000 router.
I understand that the modem will be redundant with FTTP.
1. What setting changes other than username / password will I need for the R8000 to connect?
2. My current phone socket / power cables are 2.5m from the outside wall.
Will Openreach run the cable to where the current phone socket / power outlet is or will I be expected to provide power closer to the outside wall.
If they run the cable will they expect a conduit to be present or will they install it.
