Hi, my company use SonicWall as our VPN client. It connects with no problems when I am connected to my home Wifi's 2.4GHz network, but refuses to connect on the 5GHz one. Any advice?

It's likely either that the router is using a 5GHz channel that your device can't see irrespective of VPN use, or it's going to be a problem with the connection settings on whatever device you are using.
Most VPN apps inject themselves into your network connection at a point where they are completely agnostic about what band you are using!
