I have recently moved away from the default router to a draytek 130 and a Unifi Dream machine SE and seem to have problems.
On the router I can see that packet loss appears to be happening quite often (especially at busy times) and also this message is constantly showing
"High latency detected. Please restart your ISP modem and if it fails to resolve, contact your ISP"
I used to hit 40+mb on the speed test but it seems to be just under 30mb and at times it has dropped to around 9mb. I know speed tests are not a good indication but it certainly feels slower since switching.
At the moment, working from home can be tricky as the connection just does not feel very stable. Would appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot this as the Vodafone Tobi assistant said it could not help 😀
I have included some images showing what I can see on the GUI.

Just to be clear, you had no packet loss problems with the Vodafone router, but do with the Draytek/Unifi combination?
The first thing to do is put the Vodafone router back on. If the packet loss continues, then contact Vodafone support.
If it's fine with the Vodafone, then no, Vodafone will not help.
As for trouble shooting, if it doesn't happen with the Vodafone router, I would suspect the Draytek, so try connecting the Vodafone router via its WAN port to the Draytek and see what happens then.

Unless things have changed you can check if it's the Draytek modem by connecting from the RJ45 WAN port on the Vodafone router to the Draytek modem, and your connection should (it used to) just work!
Alternatively, using the USG, you should be able to set up a secondary or back channel between to the modem and check on the stats the modem is reporting. If have the modem setup in PPPoE/PPPoA mode it'll set that back channel up automatically, or using ATM (MPoA) you'll need to set the modem IP and the router "local" WAN port IP on the USG - in both cases the modem will need to be on a different subnet to the router.
Ubiquity routers set up with xDSL modems cause way more issues than they should, sometimes just switching from PPPoE to MPoA is enough to fix the issues.
