Today I am experiencing a serious number of Dropouts on Broadband. When I look at the router logs I can see that I am getting an average 15 / hour errors with description: "Failed to send packet: Address family not supported by protocol" and an average 100 / hour errors with description: " failed to send packet: Network is unreachable".
I ran a Broadband Service Test and got no issues. I tried to use the Tobi chat to connect with Vodafone support but they seem to have withdrawn the facility. All the offer is a phone number.

The chat is working for me. Try it in a incognito/private tab, and possibly use a different browser to your normal one.

@samwardill11 Are you on VDSL (FTTC) or FTTP?
In the router settings, if any IPv6 setting is on then try turning it off. VF's IPv6 rollout is new and there have been some problems.
By the way, the same error message appears in this thread https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Broadband-connection/Dropped-connections/m-p/2701694
