I have been having the same problem for the past 2 weeks. The connection will drop, the internet night goes red for a bit and flashing white, then back to solid white when it’s back online. I had a similar problem a while back, I contacted Vodafone. Diagnostics were run and it was concluded that there nothing wrong their end and that it must a problem in my side. The problem seem to sort itself out (it was dropping only occasionally). But for the past two weeks, it’s back with a vengeance. I don’t feel supported that well by Vodafone so might start looking around for another provider

Sounds like you may have faulty line.
Contact Vodafone, and they should call out Openreach to fix it.

Vodafone don't have any lines, they are Openreach or CityFibre.

Can't say I've had many problems with the website, but it is sometimes unavailable at night, I presume for updates etc.
And just what problems do you have with the 2FA?
