So got text from Vodafone to say they have noticed problem with my connection. This is true as it has been very slow or drops over past few days. Ran the service test a couple of times now and it never completes, does the first step to test area connection and account but doesn't move on to connection test and results. Left it on to see if it completes but over 20 minutes now. Any thoughts anybody?

The test has never started for me, and my service is spot on.
If vodafone have seen a problem that's great. Usually they're answering support calls and denying there's a problem

Tried running service test again from dashboard get a message saying service is slow. After confirning I am at home it the says they need serial number of router, provide that and it says 'Issue with your request try again later or chat now'. Chat now button doesn't work, not even to say they're all busy or gone home. I need to change over to full fibre so guess I will see what is available out there. We've always suffered from dropouts and slowing down of speed and I gave up reporting it for it to be fixed for a short while then start over again with the problems.

Got connected with that and they feel the router may be part of the problem so are sending a new one.
