More so a vent than anything else and to share some stats in case anyone else is doing some research.
For the past month my latency shoots up to 30/40ms every evening around 8-10 PM, download speeds appear to be ok, not quite hitting the 500, but usually in the low 400's, and I get a pit of packet loss. I get a lot of stuttering and buffering in video streams around this time.

It's on the Open reach circuit, I've got a static IP, and enter their network at 84.65.0.1 Bracknell when i'm Bristol based, so not the worst connection point. Just feels like they are at capacity, even swapped to a 3rd party router to see if that helped, it didn't.
I take it these results are not normal?
I'm just out of contract now, so might jump ship to someone else in the black Friday sales (if any good deals pop up).
To be fair to Voda the have been great for 22ish months before I started noticing issues, and I've not really kicked up too much of a fuss with customer services about the issue yet.
