Factory Reset Router

Hi all

 

I have forgotten the admin password for my Gigafast router and want to factory reset it but I can't figure out how!

I've tried various combinations of reset button / power off / power on but with no success.

Please could someone tell me how to do this?

 

It's the Gigafast router model number VBNT-6 according to the app information.

Err have you tried poking a paper clip into the small hole next to the power button - you may then need to hold it in for at least 7 seconds!

Thanks Keith. I managed to get it to reset by doing that in the end. I obviously wasn't holding it in for the right amount of time in the first place!!
