Failed Activation - HELP

Short story, got fibre installed on 13th August. 

OTN (Openreach) is fine, router just keeps flashing red. 

Spent hours and hours with "technical support" and after almost 50 resets still no joy. 

Logged a complaint but no one has been in touch. 

I've decided to cancel but absolutely struggling to speak to someone to achieve this. I cannot believe how poor the customer service is . It's actually causing me real stress now. 

Any tips ?
