Firestick problems

Hi,

I have recently moved onto Vodafone broadband from Sky and initially all was good. However, I can't connect to my Firestick - which was fine with Sky.

I see one of the solutions on here is to disable parental controls but I can't get through on the phone and don't know how to do this....help!

Hi @tally299 How odd! Have you tried resetting the network settings on your Firestick? We can help you access your content controls, but as we can't access accounts over this forum you'll need to pop our lovely Social Media team a message here. They'll be able to get this sorted for you

but I doubt that is why you cannot get the Firestick to work. What happens when you try?

When I click on that link it just says - there is nothing we can show you on here!

That is because the telephone account is selected. Go here:

https://www.vodafone.co.uk/webcenter/portal/myvodafone/pages_manageservices

and change from the telephone account to the broadband via the Choose your number drop down and the content controls option will become available.
