I have lost internet connection and the Internet LED on the router is flashing red. I have switched the router off and on and also done a hard reset. There is still no internet. Could i please get a callback with some tech support or a new broadband router ordered. Thanks.

Is the network down in your area. Only time I have had this is when someone dug a hole and cut the cable in the next village. Thing is I spent an hour trying to fix it before I found out. Worth checking if you haven't already.
