Flashing white internet light on hub

Anyone had this issue?. My line got activated yesterday but the light keeps flashing white and the hub says no ipv4 address, logs also say unable to retrieve external ip. Spoke to 2 different people and the second one I don’t think has a clue even said “are you trying https://tutuappx.com/ https://tweakbox.mobi/ to use an external ip?”. I believe it just needs provisioning on there end but I’m not sure and they sure has hell don’t know.

Are you on FTTP or FTTC?

Either way, the flashing white light indicates it's not authenticating to Vodafone's servers.
