My FTP stopped working on Friday 12th July.
after 5 hours trouble shooting I find Vodafone have disconnected my supply and terminated my contract.
I never asked for it to be terminated. I never consented to the contract to be terminated.
I am not told the only way to get back online is to apply a new contract, have an inferior min speed or a much higher price.
It’s completely outrageous and unacceptable. It took me three hours to calm down!
can anyone advise please?
