I’ve noticed high pings, packet loss and varying speeds on our Vodafone Fibre 910Mbps connection recently (Openreach). This only seems to be during peak times, Vodafone refusing to help as I’m not using their router which isn’t where the fault is, as it’s fine outside of peak times, it clearly an issue within either the core network, exchange or the area has been over subscribed.
Same results on both a wireless and wired connection, monitoring also clearly shows when the issues start.
Speed currently (can be anything between 32Mbps and 400Mbps)

Running into the exact same issue.
I had just switched 3 weeks ago from TalkTalk, where my latency was ~3-5ms on average. Now, my latency is ~15ms on average, with daily spikes of ~50ms. Echo server set to 8.8.8.8. Using my personal router.
Both providers via FTTP with CityFibre. Any idea what could be causing it?
